Day 1 -  Arrival Reykjavík. On the way to Reykjavík visit The Bridge Between Continents, the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates. Then visit the Brimketill Lava Pool and experience how the Atlantic waves crash into this natural lava rock pool. Witness steaming vents and bubbling mud pots in Krísuvík. Finish the day with a Reykjavík Food Walk tour in the capital, full of culture and charm.

Day 2  - Golden Circle. Walk through the history at the site of Iceland´s ancient parliament. Drive through Laugarvatn on the way to Gullfoss and Geysir where you will marvel at the golden waterfall and erupting hot springs. Drive through quaint towns nestled in scenic countryside. Don´t miss out walking behind the waterfall Seljalandsfoss and discover the hidden gem Gljúfrabúi, which is tucked behind a cliff.

Day 3 - South Coast. Start the day by feeling the mist of the waterfall Skógarfoss before you visit the dramatic cliffs and sand beaches Dyrhólaey and Reynisfjara. Drive to Fjarðrárgljúfur, a fairytale-like gorge carved by glacial waters. Enjoy the peaceful village of Krikjubæjarklaustur, with a monastic history.

Day 4  - Skaftafell & Glacier Lagoon. Hike among glaciers and rugged peaks in Skaftafell. Visit Fjallsárlón and Jökulsárlón and witness floating icebergs in serene lagoons. Walk along the Dimond Beach touching the sparkling ice fragments on the black volcanic sand.

Day 5  - East fjords. Visit the fisher village Höfn before you drive through the tunnel Almannaskarð on the way towards Stokksnes and Hvalnesviti lighthouse. Drive a long scenic fjords and charming fishing towns like Djúpivogur before heading to Egilsstaðir.

Day 6  - Dettifoss & Lake Mývatn. Stunning striking basalt columns and turquoise water awaits you in the Stuðlagil canyon. Visit Europe´s most powerful waterfall Dettifoss and then visit the geothermal marvels Hverarönd and Víti crater before exploring the lava fields of Dimmuborgir and the lake Mývatn whith rich birdlife and volcanic landscape. 

Day 7  - Húsavík & Akureyri. On the way to the capital town of north Iceland Akureyri divine the waterfall Goðafoss. Take a walk in the botanical garden in Akureyri. 

Day 8  - Skagafjörður & Hvitserkur. Drive through the northern farmlands and hidden gems of Skagafjörður and check out the river canyons Kolugljúfur, the sea stack Hvítserkur and the mysterious hills of Vatnsdalshólar. For more lava fields and crater hikes walk up the volcanic crater Grábrók and the waterfall Glanni in Borgarfjörður.

Day 9  - Return to Reykjavík. Visit the magical lava waterfall Hraunfossar and the powerful hot spring Deildartunguhver. In Reykholt you find Saga heritage and in Borgarnes you will experience the costal beauty.
